4. Personal data

In the context of the Site, MSRD may process personal data concerning you, in particular: identification data (email address, optional first and last name) when you request an access code, and technical data (connection logs, IP address) for security and statistical purposes.

The legal bases for processing are:

• the performance of a contract or pre‑contractual measures (sending of an access code to the private galleries);
• the legitimate interest of MSRD (security of the Site, prevention of abuse and fraud).

Access‑code requests and associated email addresses are kept for a maximum of three (3) years from the last contact, then deleted or anonymized. Connection logs are kept for the period required by applicable law.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (loi n°78‑17 du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, as well as a right to object on legitimate grounds.
